We had the best time here! The staff were super attentive, always looking to help us. Our room was spacious and the view from the windows was breathtaking. We loved the bar on the 26th floor—great vibes! Just wished the roof terrace was open, but it was winter, so can't complain too much.

The location is perfect, just a quick walk to the waterfront and surrounded by shops selling local snacks. The indoor heated pool was lovely, and the gym was spotless with water provided. In the room, the Le Labo amenities stood out, with housekeeping ensuring everything was neat, even arranging personal items thoughtfully. One downside was the lack of professionalism from a waiter at the bar. When we asked for non-alcoholic drinks, he initially said anything could be made, but later revealed only two menu options were available. A bit frustrating.
